We inform you that the cancellation is free up to 2 days before the reservation day.
In case of cancellation 24 hours before there is a penalty of 50% of the total, in case of cancellation the day of the tour the total is to pay in full.
In case of bad weather conditions, we can decide to cancel the tour for pouring rain or rough sea conditions; if possible we can reschedule the boat trip according to the availability, otherwise we are going to provide a full refund.

SHAMAL (FOR THOSE BOOKED WITH OUR SHAMAL BOATS)
Cancellation Policy:
- 5 days prior the date of the tour: no penalty
- 3 days prior the date of the tour: 50% penalty of the total amount of the tour
- 24 hours prior to the date of the tour: full penalty, 100% of the amount agreed
